STEEL TIP DARTS
Steel-tip Darts
These feature a steel point (for sisal dartboards); the points are either press-fitted or, increasingly, attached via a screw-in system. They are available in various weights, though most range between 20 and 30 grams. Used in competitions (such as the PDC), they offer greater control and an authentic darting feel.
Dart Types
The most common type is the straight barrel; other shapes include the torpedo (thicker in the middle), alongside weight distributions such as front-loaded and rear-loaded.
